Écophysiologie du phytoplancton. Effets de la température et des rayons ultraviolettes B sur sur les niveaux inférieurs du réseau trophique planctonique (structure de la communauté, production, respiration). Production d’exopolymères par le phytoplancton : conséquences pour le cycle du carbone dans le contexte de l’acidification des océans. Recherches à l’aide d’écosystèmes simulés (mésocosmes).
